Pacificoon's
Bacardi of Loxly
is
a lovely example of a silver patched mackerel tabby maine coon female.
She has nice straight, unbroken stripes and I like her color distribution.
And I don't even like mackerel patterned cats, I much prefer the classic
pattern, like you see on Jasmine. Bacardi is
the mouthiest Maine Coon we have, she's taking lessons from the Siamese
premier:-)
Bacardi was mom to our first maine coon litter, dad was Robin. Links to their kids are on Robin's page. She's also a grandmother, her daughter, Loxly's Malibu, had kittens on April Fool's Day, 1999. Her son Loxly's Sir Tubby MacCream, is now a dad, as is Loxly's Tre'valen of Liscoonvarna.
Bacardi
is shown here in her first Top Ten Final ring as a kitten. I am very proud
of her. We'd like to thank both Elizabeth Wilkerson of Pacificoons and Lara
Lindenthaler of Liscoonvarna for trusting
us with Bacardi when we were just starting our breeding program.
